Movement has always been important to me, it brings me home to who I am.
It makes me feel happy and at ease with the world, relaxed in mind and body.
Movement brings me strength and self assurance, helping me feel confident and in control.
Through movement I engage all my senses and stimulate my brain, strengthening the neural pathways
controlling movement.
As these same pathways are used in learning, I improve my ability to learn and enhance my cognitive skills.
Through movement I feel more free physically, more focused mentally and more able personally.
Knowing myself better – making things easier – making life easier to live.
